Taking a design cue from Norman Foster’s nearby Albion Riverside — a metal-clad crescent hanging over the Thames — Banda’s Radstock Street homes are part of a fast-growing creative quarter that includes the fashion design studios of Vivienne Westwood and Victoria Beckham.
