A new scheme of rental homes has been unveiled alongside the once-bohemian enclave of Maida Vale, with its "villagey" feel.
Lanark Road is a scheme of 73 homes for key workers, by housing association Dolphin Living.
Prospective tenants must have an income below £90,000 and live or work within Westminster borough.
Hospitality sector employees are included in the definition of key workers.
