Stamp duty-exempt apartments priced below £500,000, with shared-ownership options also available, have been unveiled by housing charity Peabody in four sought-after London locations.
Prices start at £114,750 for a 30 per cent share of a one-bedroom flat with a full price of £382,000 at The Elmington in Camberwell.
