Huntley Wharf takes its name from Reading's famous biscuit maker, Huntley & Palmers, established in 1822, one the world's first global brands.

The company's biscuits symbolised the reach of the British Empire and were even part of Captain Scott's rations during his 1910 expedition to the South Pole.

The former factory complex alongside the River Kennet is being redeveloped into a new 765-home neighbourhood.

Prices from £307,500 to £535,000.
