Four people have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a 17-year-old boy was found dead.
Three men, aged 33, 36 and 47, all from Barry, and a 38-year-old woman, from Carmarthenshire, were being questioned on suspicion of murdering the teen, from Cardiff.
Harry's family have paid tribute to the teenager and said "life will never be the same again".
They said in a statement: "Harry is a fun-loving son and brother where family time was always precious - making memories on holidays, snowmobiling in Lapland, parasailing and riding the biggest and scariest rollercoasters in America.
"Harry was always having fun with his younger brother Alfie who he absolutely idolised and loved dearly, their bond was unbreakable.
"Harry worked hard and enjoyed working alongside his dad as a carpet fitter on occasions, he always took pride in his work; he loved expressing to us whenever he received a tip from a customer.
"You will always be in our thoughts."
Detective Chief Inspector Mark O'Shea, from the South Wales Police major crime investigations team, said: "A young man has tragically lost his life and we have a dedicated team of detectives doing all we can to apprehend all those responsible.
"Four people are now in custody and a number of cordons are in place in the Barry area while investigations continue.
"We are appealing for anyone who may have seen or heard a disturbance in the Cardiff Road and Ffordd Y Mileniwm area in Barry sometime between midnight and 1am on Wednesday August 28 to get in contact.
"We would very much like to thank the community for the support and information that has already been provided and would urge anyone else with information to please contact us."
