Pop star Zayn Malik is rejigging his property portfolio.
He is only 25 but the former One Direction singer already has incredible homes in the US and the UK.
After listing his north London house for £3.5 million last month with Sotheby’s International Realty, he is now selling his Los Angeles estate.
Rumour has it that he wants to focus on making things work with on/off girlfriend Gigi Hadid, and spend more time with her in New York.
His minimalist three-bedroom Bel Air home has a space-themed room for relaxing and looking up at the stars, plus an outdoor bar and hot tub. Zayn’s asking £2.6 million.
