A two-bedroom flat in Queensberry House, Richmond, which was once home to Lady Attenborough, the wife of actor-director Lord Richard Attenborough, is for sale through Jackson-Stops at £995,000.

Steeped in history, the building has a blue plaque and the site’s royal links are documented back to 1501 and Henry VII’s residence at Richmond Palace.

Just a short stroll from Richmond Park, the pretty block also offers porter service.
