Reese Witherspoon has sold her Los Angeles home for £13.5 million.
The Oscar-winning actress said goodbye to the house in the affluent Pacific Palisades neighbourhood, in what was apparently an all-cash deal.
She made a very healthy profit after purchasing the five-bedroom mansion for £10 million in 2014.
The Legally Blonde star and her husband Jim Toth, a top Hollywood talent agent, have spent the last few years revamping the 10,300sq ft estate which was unfinished when they snapped it up.
Witherspoon’s other homes include a Malibu beach house and several properties in Nashville.
