Prince William’s best mate, estate agent Thomas van Straubenzee, is looking for buyers for a family townhouse just 500 yards from Kensington Palace.

Godfather to Princess Charlotte, Van Straubenzee is seeking £9.75 million for Leverton House in Ossington Street, Notting Hill.

The 4,000sq ft home, with 2,000sq ft of outside space, takes its name from the co-founder of the Royal Institute of British Architects Thomas Leverton Donaldson.

It’s for sale through VanHan and Knight Frank.
