Motorsport fans can own a piece of Silverstone with unique access to one of the world’s most famous racetracks.

To coincide with the first of Silverstone’s two Formula One Grand Prix races, which will see the likes of Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen compete, a limited number of residences are going up for sale at Escapade Silverstone, a new development at the edge of the iconic circuit.

With two, three or four bedrooms and priced from £650,000 to £1.65 million, the homes come with free entry to all major races and exclusive invitations to events, track days and trips.

Another luxury perk is the clubhouse with facilities including state-of-the-art simulator rooms, a driver-focused gym, oxygen swimming pool and sauna, restaurant, bar and private dining room.

Escapade homes have cantilevered terraces, allowing spectators to get even closer to the action. They are being marketed as investment properties so when an owner is not staying in their residence, it will form part of the wider accommodation available to guests at Silverstone and provide an income source.

In operation from May 2022, the Northamptonshire development received planning consent at the end of last year and breaks ground this October.
