Michelle Pfeiffer and her TV producer husband, David E. Kelley, have sold their San Francisco estate for £16.9 million.

The Hollywood actress, who starred as wicked Queen Ingrith in Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (2019), originally listed the place for £22.7 million in 2018 but agreed to drop the price for a mystery cash buyer.

The star couple’s five-bedroom home is spread across just one floor on an eight-acre plot.

The estate also includes three detached guest apartments and a guesthouse with an office and a gym.

There is a pool, spa, tennis court, terrace with a fireplace and a cedar hot tub.
