Liam and Cheryl make their moves: One Direction star can start grand renovation as Cheryl moves out of his Surrey home

Nine months since separating, Cheryl has moved out of her ex-partner Liam Payne’s home in Brookwood, Surrey.

The One Direction singer owns the property but he was happy for Cheryl to live in it with their son Bear.

After initially house-hunting in north London, the former Girls Aloud singer bought a home in Buckinghamshire for just over £1 millon, where she is living with her mum Joan.

Meanwhile, Payne can move forward with his plans to renovate his property, which is valued at more than £5 million and is a 30-minute train ride from Waterloo.

He already has approval to convert one garage into an en-suite bedroom and another into a snooker room.

Apparently he is also keen to install an indoor pool house and sauna, with a fitness suite and games area in the basement.

He is clearly embracing the bachelor life.
