From Naomi Campbell to Carla Bruni, the fashion world has been paying tributes to Hubert de Givenchy.

Often called Le Grand Hubert, the iconic French designer behind Audrey Hepburn’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s dress would spend several months of the year in the 16th-century Venetian palace in the Dorsoduro quarter.

Givenchy died two weeks ago, but a glimpse of his opulent lifestyle lives on in the home which still boasts his handmade fabrics.

He sold the three-bedroom flat 10 years ago after owning it for a decade.

Now it is on the market for €5,000 per week with Savills associate Views on Venice Estates.
