Writer Iain Morris, best known for creating smash-hit TV adolescent comedy The Inbetweeners with Damon Beesley, is selling his east London loft apartment.

Morris, who co-hosted a radio show on XFM with comedian Jimmy Carr, has listed his two-bedroom home with Hamptons International for £1.25 million.

It is in the Jackson & Joseph Building, a converted former textile factory with retained heritage features in prime Spitalfields.

A spacious 1,259sq ft, the flat’s all exposed brick, high ceilings and large industrial windows.

Spread over the top two floors, an iron factory-style staircase leads up to a mezzanine level and second reception room with a spectacular private roof terrace boasting views over Christ Church.
