Dropping the price of Dannii Minogue’s Battersea flat did the trick — it has sold after two years.
The ninth-floor two-bedroom flat at Plantation Wharf, the Aussie singer’s London base for 13 years, was listed in 2017 for £675,000 but the price was slashed to £585,000 last summer.
Now the deal has been clinched at £572,500.
The flat boasts Thames and London skyline views from two private balconies.
