British pop star Craig David has sold his legendary 'party pad' in Miami — for £3.3 million.

The Fill Me In singer bought the luxury property in 2009 for £3.5 million and over the years it has played host to a number of A-list parties.

The Southampton-born singer, 38, who first rose to fame in 1999 when he appeared on the Artful Dodger's single, Re-Rewind, originally put the penthouse suite on the market for £4.5 million.

Despite its unrivalled beachfront location at the renowned Mondrian South Beach Hotel and Residences, it has now sold for £1.2 million less than the asking price.

The 1,895sq ft property boasts an open-plan living room with grand piano and monochrome interiors, two master suites and a professional recording studio for wannabe singers.

Its stand-out feature, however, is the expansive open air terrace with multiple seating areas, a day bed, hot tub and views over the popular beaches of Biscayne Bay, Star Island and downtown Miami.

The singer has also added special lighting throughout the property, to give it a true party vibe.
