Hurtmore House, a palatial eight-bedroom mansion in Surrey with a private helipad and once owned by Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Ashley Cole, has been listed for sale for £7.5 million.

According to the Telegraph, footballer Cole, who recently flew to the US for pre-season training with LA Galaxy, still owns the property, while Fernandez-Versini cut her ties to Cole only last year after splitting up with him in 2010.

The house in the popular village of Shackleford, near Guildford, has undergone an extensive refurbishment since it was purchased by the former couple in 2007 from IT entrepreneur David Gilbert for £3.55 million, paying £50,000 more than the asking price.

Now listed with estate agent Savills for £7.5 million, the sprawling estate includes state-of-the-art sporting facilities on the estate include a five-a-side football pitch, a two-hole golf course and a tennis court.
