House hunters seeking their very own sunshine paradise can buy the sprawling home of Die Hard star Bruce Willis and his actress-producer wife Emma Heming-Willis in the Turks and Caicos Islands — if they’ve a cool £25 million to spend.

The 35,000sq ft beachfront compound in seven acres of powdery white sand, palm trees and tropical jungle is in the private island resort of COMO Parrot Cay.

This idyllic spot southeast of the Bahamas is where the Hollywood power couple married in 2009 and renewed their vows recently on their 10th anniversary — with Willis’s first wife, the actress Demi Moore, and their three grown-up daughters among the guests.

Called The Residence, this super-luxe, sunset-facing estate includes 13,500sq ft of living space in three buildings, with 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

Four crystal-blue pools glisten on the vast outdoor terraces, including one that is reportedly the island’s largest at 2,500sq ft.

Set a discreet distance from the two three-bedroom guest villas, the two-storey, five-bedroom main house comprises nearly 11,000sq ft of living space.

Covering the entire upper level, the master suite boasts wraparound terraces on all sides, for breathtaking ocean views.

Large glass sliding doors, high vaulted ceilings, his and hers walk-in wardrobes and a grand four-poster bed make this floor a sumptuous haven.

The en suite master bathroom features a freestanding soaking tub and a large rain shower.

Downstairs, an open-plan living space makes entertaining a breeze, with floor-to-ceiling windows that lead directly on to the outdoor terraces, a pool and the beach.

Film buffs will also appreciate the plush screening room.

Neutral colour schemes throughout the property reflect the calmness of island life in this British Overseas Territory.

Outside a children’s playground awaits, complete with a pirate ship, in landscaped gardens with coconut, banana and papaya trees.

There’s a fleet of buggies to take you exploring — and a yoga and meditation pavilion when you just want to chill.

The property’s inclusion in the COMO Parrot Cay resort means owners have access to butler, catering and excursion services.

Willis bought the site in 2000 and had the complex built from scratch over four years. It had a full redesign last year but there’s still potential for expansion and development, on both the northern edge and southern beach frontage.

The couple, who have two young daughters, describe The Residence as “a place where Bruce could be totally anonymous” and “a safe haven for us all. From flying kites to building sandcastles, to swimming in the pool all day, it’s just a safe, chilled and happy place.”

If they achieve their asking price with Sotheby’s International Realty, they will reportedly set a record for home sales on the island.

Current top property, Oliver’s Cove, sold in 2016 for £20.9 million.
