Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston’s former marital home has just been sold.

The Hollywood couple, who bought the Beverly Hills mansion for £10.2 million soon after they married in 2000, owned it together until a year after their divorce in 2005.

The 11,173sq ft home was built in 1934 for double Oscar-winning actor Fredric March (1897-1975), star of the classic horror movie Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde (1931).

The house was listed last year for £33.6 million but the asking price was knocked down to £24.5 million before a buyer was found.

There are five bedrooms and 13 bathrooms in the main house and there is a one-bedroom guesthouse in the grounds.

Brad and Jen spent three years renovating the place to incorporate a pub with floors sourced from a 200-year-old French château.

They also installed a private screening room, a tennis court and a pavilion.
