Canadian rockers Avril Lavigne and her ex-husband Chad Kroeger are selling their former marital home in Sherman Oaks, California.
“Chavril” separated in 2015 within months of buying the 10,200sq ft mansion for £4.1 million.
It’s on the market now for £6.1 million. The home itself is a 1980s chateau-inspired mansion with plenty of grand features including chandeliers and a formal dining room.
There is also a gym and yoga room as well as a converted attic which functions as the entertainment area with its own cinema.
The outdoor space hosts a saltwater swimming pool and spa, a sports court and a large lawn.
