The Standard High Line introduces $99 New York City 'Yacht Dog' topped with caviar

All proceeds benefit Relief Opportunities for All Restaurants

The Standard High Line is seriously upgrading the classic New York hot dog and giving it an elegant (and expensive) twist.

The brand new Yacht Dog, available now, is a classic New York City hot dog served with a lemon-chive aioli and topped with Royal Transmontanus Caviar.

The Standard

But unlike your typical street dog, this one goes for $75 - or $99 if diners pair their snack with a mini bottle of Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut.

Proceeds go to a good cause, with 100 percent going towards Relief Opportunities for All Restaurants, or ROAR, which provides financial aid to New York City restaurant workers.

The Standard

The Instagram-worthy hot dog is in collaboration with man-about-town Manhattanite Zachary Weiss, who loves a good Instagram moment - and giving back.

Weiss said, “If you’re able to, there’s never been a more important time to splurge and support the businesses you love," rightly calling his beloved Yacht Dog "a truly absurd creation you won’t find anywhere else in the world.”
