It's been over a year since Rihanna first teased Fenty Skin and now - finally - we've been given a date for its launch.
The skincare line will launch on July 31, with customers able to sign up to an early access waitlist which will enable a select few to purchase products on July 29, prior to their official launch.
Rumours of the sought after line gp back to March 2019, when a trademark was filed for Fenty Skin with the United States Trademark and Patent Office.
According to the details of the patent, the line is targeted at 'medicated and non-medicated skincare, soap, body care and personal care products (excluding colour cosmetics, perfume and other fragrance-only products), and related accessories such as kits, tools and applicators'.
That's not all. The five product names mentioned in the registration are Buff Ryder, Instant Reset, Fat Water, Flash Nap and Hydra Vizor.
Speaking to British Vogue, Rihanna said of Fenty Skin: “Skincare, it’s the truth. It either works or it doesn’t. There’s nowhere to hide.”
Given that in the first 40 days following Fenty Beauty's launch in 2017, it made $100 million, it's needless to say that the hype is real surrounding Rihanna's debut skincare line.
