Two more teenagers have been charged with murdering a father who died after being attacked in south-west London.

Iderval da Silva, 46, was found by emergency services with a head injury on Charlotte Despard Avenue, Battersea on May 25.

The two teenagers, aged 16 and 17, are the latest of four to be charged with the Brazilian’s murder.

Police arrested and charged the 16-year-old on Wednesday. He will appear at the Old Bailey on July 10.

The second boy was arrested and charged on Thursday and will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates Court on Friday.

Mr da Silva died in hospital on May 28, three days after the incident.

Jaden Richards, 19, of Strasburg Road, Wandsworth, was charged with murder on May 31 and appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on June 1.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey at a date yet to be confirmed.

Another 16-year-old male appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on May 31 charged with murder.

He appeared at the Old Bailey on June 4 and has been remanded in custody until his next appearance.

Scotland Yard said that another 16 year-old boy, who was arrested near to the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, was released under police investigation.
