The third T20 international is here with the hosts carrying a 1-0 lead into tonight's finale after brilliantly chasing down 196 to seal victory in Sunday's second international at Old Trafford.

WICKET! Fakhar b Moeen 1

PAK 2/1 (1.1 overs)

Dream start! Beauty from Moeen and he has his first international wicket of the summer.

PAK 2/0 (1.0 overs)

Babar 1, Fakhar 1

A couple of dots but Babar is off the mark with a single tucked behind square to the man in the deep.

Ooh, that’s a bit lucky, thick inside edge from Fakhar but it darts down into the pitch and comfortably wide of the stumps. Ne pokes tentatively at the second and for a moment Mahmood is interested in a catch but it’s just wide of him in his follow through.

Very tidy start from Mahmood.

England are on their way out onto the field, Babar Azam and Fakhar Zaman making their way to the middle.

Looks like Saqib Mahmood will open the bowling.

It is a glorious evening in Manchester, sun shining, blue skies, a far cry from Friday night.

Incidentally, we're playing on a different pitch to the first couple or games, which Morgan says looks a little drier. More significantly, it's a good few strips across from the previous ones, meaning one boundary is notably shorter than the other.

England are unchanged, which means the likes of Saqib Mahmood and Lewis Gregory play knowing they've already been dropped for the Australia series, though the former is still in the squad.

Pakistan, meanwhile, make three changes. Sarfaraz Ahmed takes the gloves with Mohammad Rizwan rested, while the injured Mohammad Amir is replaced by Wahab Riaz.

The excitement is in the third change, though - Haider Ali is in for his T20i debut.

England have won the toss and will bowl first.

The two captains are out in the middle ready for the toss...

Yesterday, England named their squad for the upcoming T20 series against Australia, which starts on Friday.

The likes of Jofra Archer, Mark Wood and Jos Buttler are back, while a few of the current squad have been dropped even before tonight's game...

England Men’s IT20 Squad: Eoin Morgan (Middlesex) (captain), Moeen Ali (Worcestershire), Jofra Archer (Sussex), Jonathan Bairstow (Yorkshire), Tom Banton (Somerset), Sam Billings (Kent), Jos Buttler (Lancashire), Sam Curran (Surrey), Tom Curran (Surrey), Joe Denly (Kent), Chris Jordan (Sussex), Dawid Malan (Yorkshire), Adil Rashid (Yorkshire), Mark Wood (Durham).

So England cannot lose this series but it's still very much there to be won.

After Friday night's washout, Eoin Morgan's men took victory on Sunday by chasing down 196 to win - their third highest ever T20 chase - with five balls to spare.

With some of the big guns back in for the Australia series which starts on Friday (more on that shortly) this could be one last chance for a few to impress.
