Revealed: London's top 10 prime property boroughs

We name the capital's top 10 most expensive boroughs in which to buy a home, according to latest Land Registry figures. Hackney - including Dalston, Hackney Wick, Shoreditch and Hoxton - continues to record the biggest annual price rise of the top 10 boroughs, up 11.4 per cent in the past year to an average £629,183. The City of Westminster saw the steepest monthly rise, with the average cost of buying a home now reaching £994,748.
