Pokémon is being brought to life in a wonderful way in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Thanks to the new update for the popular Switch game, players can enjoy a night of fireworks every Sunday evening.

During the day, you can also create your own custom designs for the fireworks to explode into your pattern. This is where people are getting creative; making extremely detailed and wonderful Pokémon-themed fireworks.

Players have been trying out designs which show Poké balls, Pokémon and more dancing across the skies.

People are sharing their creations on Reddit, some of which you'll be able to download and try for yourself.

Above, user @okayjair created the original Poké ball design and the Ultra Ball and you can download it for yourself if you use the creator terminal in the Able Sisters shop.

Okayjair shared their creator code in the comments of their post: MA-1693-1953-2288. All you need to do is enter that into the terminal and download whichever design you like.

Another user @Rehabcinema has made a fantastic Jolteon firework which you can see below.

If you're looking to make your own fireworks, you'll be able to do so throughout August.

You can do this by creating custom designs and taking them to Isabelle on a Sunday when she is outside the Resident Services building preparing for the festivities.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has been out since March and it is the latest instalment of the life-simulation series which sees you live out your days on an island, building a community and a town.

It has become the fastest-selling Nintendo Switch title of all time and it's easy to see why people love it so much.
