Gemma Collins couldn’t hide her excitement as she skated towards Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
The reality star – who rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex – showed off her slimmed down figure in a black sparkly outfit as she held hands with professional partner Matt Evers.
Collins was all smiles as she held out her arms to greet host Schofield, who welcomed her in for a hug.
The star, who revealed she has dropped a dress size while training for the show, is one of the 12 celebrities taking to the rink in January.
Former Strictly Come Dancing professional James Jordan, Grease legend Didi Conn and X Factor star Saara Aalto are all set to lace up their skates in battle for the coveted trophy.
Last year’s series, which was won by Jake Quickenden, marked a triumphant return for the ITV show after a four year hiatus.
The launch, held at the Natural History Museum, also saw Schofield reunite with Holly Willoughby after her three-week stint in the I’m A Celebrity jungle.
The presenter hosted This Morning with Rochelle Humes while Willoughby impressed viewers as Ant McPartlin’s stand-in alongside Declan Donnelly.
Also taking part in the series are Love Island’s Wes Nelson, Loose Women star Saira Khan, actor Richard Blackwood, Coronation Street actress Jane Danson, cricketer Ryan Sidebottom, singer Brain McFadden and Pussycat doll Melody Thornton.
