Barcelona must decide on Quique Setien's future this summer, says Arturo Vidal

Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal says the Catalan club must decide on the future of coach Quique Setien at the end of the season.

Setien took over from Ernesto Valverde in January and Vidal admits the players have not had much time to work with the former Real Betis coach.

"With Setien we haven't been able to work much," the Chilean told Win Sports TV.

"The change was abrupt and we have tried to adapt."

Barca lost their LaLiga title to Real Madrid earlier this month, but are in action at home to Napoli in the teams' Champions League last-16 tie on August 8, with the winner to advance to the final phase in Lisbon.

"We're trying to adapt to this situation and when the season finishes, the club must choose its future well," Vidal said.

"They have to decide whether the same coach will stay on, whether they are going to bring in new players, if the same ones are going to continue..."
