Eminem to divorce ... again

Eminem is divorcing his wife Kim for a second time less than 90 days after they remarried in a lavish ceremony.

The rapper retied the knot with his childhood sweetheart on January 14 at a stately home in the grounds of Detroit's Oakland University.

But yesterday officials from Macomb County clerk's office, which licensed the ceremony, revealed that the 33-year-old rapper has already filed for divorce from the mother of his daughter Hailie.

Eminem, also known as Slim Shady, split from Kim for the first time in 2001 after marrying her two years earlier.

Abitter custody battle over their daughter, Hailie Jade, now ten, followed.

The rapper has regularly slated his former love in his records and immortalised their love-hate relationship in the bileridden 2004 song Puke.

The pair, who grew up together in the suburbs along Eight Mile Road on the Motor City's northern border, enjoyed a rocky relationship even before their first divorce.

In 1999 a judge gave the rapper two years' probation for carrying a concealed gun and brandishing it during a fracas with a man he saw kissing Kim outside a Detroit nightclub.

So last year, on December 8, it was a shock to the superstar rapper's fans when he emerged from rehab for sleep medication dependency to reveal he and Kim had kissed and made up.

'We have reconciled and are probably going to re-marry,' he said.

The lavish wedding at the start of the year saw 80 guests turn up, including 50 Cent and Eminem's rap group D-12.
