If further proof was needed that we are, indeed, living in unprecedented times, Liam Gallagher is softening towards his brother other after years of public feuding.

The 47-year-old sent a tweet wishing his older brother a happy birthday and there wasn’t a sarcastic remark in sight.

“Happy birthday Rkid have a good 1 love you long time LG x” he wrote.

Fans were quick to praise his for his message, with one writing: “That’s very beautiful Liam” - to which he replied “Beautiful is my middle name.”

The two brothers have been feuding publicly since Noel announced he had quit Oasis in August 2009.

Since then, they have made countless public digs at each other, and some attempts at making up, too.

The latest tweet is yet to receive a response from Noel, but we’re waiting with baited breath.

The olive branch from comes after Liam recently ended a long-time feud with fellow singer Robbie Williams.

After hearing that Robbie’s dad is suffering from Parkinson’s disease, Liam sent a message of support.

Replying to a video Robbie shared about wellness on Twitter, Liam commented: "Oi Robbie balboa... it’s LG I hear you got s**t going down in your fam I'm sorry to hear that love n light going out to your family stay cool and in tune LG x".

Robbie had previously told The Mirror: "We’ve got a lot of family issues right now. My dad has got Parkinson’s, my mother-in-law who I love dearly has got a very big illness.

"We can’t get to them. My dad is thousands of miles away."

Robbie has yet to respond, but recently called Liam “the voice of a generation” in a podcast recording. 2020, eh?
