Amanda Holden has said she is “squeezing out” the last days of summer as she holidays in Greece with her daughters.

The Britain’s Got Talent judge and radio presenter, 48, posted a series of sweet images of her cuddling Lexi and Hollie Rose as they enjoy the sunshine on the island of Corfu.

In the caption a video posted on Instagram, Holden wrote: “Squeezing the last drops of summer out. Dreading the girls going back to school but looking forward to returning to [Heart Radio] on 2nd Sept.”

Under another image, showing her being hugged by one of her daughters, she wrote: “Morning cuddles in beautiful Corfu.”

She also posted an snap of herself indulging some water sports by snorkelling underwater.

The pictures come as ahead of a new Britain's Got Talent spin-off series.

The Champions, which airs this Saturday, will see memorable acts from previous seasons go head to head in a bid to be crowned the ultimate winner.

The series has already been filmed and acts taking part include Paul Potts, the winner of the first ever series of BGT, series two winner George Sampson, comedian Lost Voice Guy, dance troupe Collabro and dog trainer Ashleigh Butler, who is back with new pooch Sully after winning dog Pudsey died in 2017.

Judges for the series include Simon Cowell, 59, David Walliams, 48, Alesha Dixon, 40, while Ant McPartlin, 43, and Declan Donnelly, 43 will host the programme.

Yesterday Holden said she was “excited” for the launch of the spin-off show.

Writing on Instagram, she said: “Back with my [Britain’s Got Talent] family. BGT Champions kicks off this Saturday, very excited to see some of our legends again and the incredible acts from around the world.”
