Celebrities fly out for jungle challenge

The contestants taking part in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

John Lydon, Alex Best, Kerry McFadden, Diane Modahl, Neil Ruddock and
Mike Read boarded a flight last night.

The remaining four - Jordan, Peter Andre, Lord Brocket and Jennie Bond - were leaving today.

With the prospect of a 22-hour flight ahead, most people would spend
their final night in the UK taking it easy and doing a spot of last-minute packing.

But not so for glamour girl Jordan, who stayed true to form by hitting
the town for the premiere and after-show party of Scary Movie 3 in
London's West End.

She showed off a new braided hairstyle which she had done because it
will be easier to look after in the jungle.

The third series of I'm A Celebrity begins on Monday and promises to
be the toughest yet.

Over the next two weeks the contestants must survive in what the programme-makers have dubbed "one of the most cruel environments on earth"
- Australia's Gold Coast.

Jordan's 19-month-old son Harvey was also flying out to Australia,
where he will be looked after by the model's mother, Amy.

Jordan claimed that the spiders, snakes and creepy-crawlies she will
encounter in the jungle will present her no problems.

She said: "Up until yesterday I was scared of spiders, but yesterday I
actually held a spider, a big tarantula, up to my face to get me used
to it.

"I'm invincible, nothing is going to bother me."

Bookmaker William Hill make former footballer Neil "Razor" Ruddock favourite to be crowned King of the Jungle, closely followed by Sex Pistols star John Lydon.
