Plot of land in the Malvern Hills, Worcestershire. 0.36 of an acre, well maintained, ideal for camping in the country.
This is a rural retreat plot that was created in 2005 on land adjacent to the River Teme. It was planted with native trees, sown with a wildflower mix and surrounded with a native hawthorn hedge. The trees, flowers and hedge have established very well creating a delightful private space for evenings and weekends.
It measures approx. 1457 square metres (approximately 0.35 acre). This is one of 20 retreats created on this site. They are now occupied by a close-knit group of like minded countryside admirers. This land is not a potential building site, nor is it suitable for erecting sheds on or storing materials. It will be sold to countryside lovers who we feel will fit in with the existing owners.
Existing plots are used as weekend and evening retreats and for quiet relaxation, gardening and camping. The River Teme is only 50 metres from the plots and the whole site is owned and managed by plot owners. This is a special place that is well maintained, situated in a beautiful area and greatly loved by its owners.
