Directions
From central Rye proceed north on the A268 to Playden. At the Peace & Plenty public house fork right onto the B2082 signposted to Tenterden and Iden. Proceed through the village of Iden keeping on the main road across the Rother levels and up the hill on the other side to an area known as Stocks Green. Here turn right signposted to Stone and proceed for 1.7 miles into the village of Stone. In the centre of the village, and at the bottom of the hill, turn sharp right by the former Crown public house and proceed towards the church for about 250yds where Stone Green Farmhouse will be found on your right hand side.
Alternatively: From the north east end of Tenterden High Street fork right signposted to Woodchurch past Golden square and at the T junction turn right on the Appledore road the B2080. Proceed along this road and passing the Tenterden garden centre on your right and continue towards Appledore. After the bend in the road at the garden centre proceed for about 2 miles and take the first turning right, this is before you reach Appledore. Proceed down this road in a southerly direction and on entering Stone village itself fork left in front of the Crown public house and proceed towards the Church for about 250 yds where Stone Green Farm will be found on your right hand side.
