As described in our Tenant Fees and Terms & Conditions when making an application to rent a property Thompson Wilson Lettings ask for a non-returnable administration fee of £200-00 (two hundred pounds). This fee covers all the Tenants pre-tenancy costs (for up to four people). Each additional application or Guarantor is charged at £35-00. There are no other pre-tenancy costs.
