On private housing estate just off Bewsey Road, follow the signs for the Persimmon Homes Regency Park development. This will be a large development of executive houses which will eventually consist of parkland, ponds and landscaped open community areas. Warrington Bank Quay station runs the Virgin train service which will take you into London Euston in a little over 2 hours.
