St Oswald’s day is celebrated in February by the Catholic Church. Oswald was a medieval Bishop of Worcester and Stanbrook Abbey near Worcester — a monastery still in use — has an entrance lodge named St Oswald’s, writes Matthew Slocombe

The Abbey is selling the Grade II listed lodge (contact Andrew Grant on 01905 734735).
It’s a mid 19th century building with Gothic windows set within walled gardens.
At £325,000, St Oswald’s needs some work but offers four bedrooms and three reception rooms.
