Twenty reader judges will choose the winners of the 2012 Evening Standard New Homes Awards
Join our judging panel for this year's New Homes Awards
You be the judge at this year's London Evening Standard New Homes Awards
You will work with industry experts to choose the very best homes developments in London and the South East and will be a VIP guest at our glittering awards ceremony at The Dorchester Hotel in Park Lane in May.
A shortlist of schemes will be prepared by our team of experts, who will visit each site. But it will be our reader judges who will make the final decisions and choose the winners in each category.
To be a reader judge, you don’t need any professional qualifications - just bags of enthusiasm for good architecture and interior design. Your job will be to recognise both the good and bad points about modern housebuilding.
The awards cover all sectors of the industry from starter homes to swish warehouse conversions, and family houses to luxury mansions. Judging is completely independent and therefore applicants should have no direct connections to housebuilders or have been on the panel before.
How to apply
If you would like to take part, tell us in no more than 150 words why you should be on the panel, listing any relevant knowledge or experience. You would also have to be free on March 7 for the selection evening and April 12 for the final judging day. Please email your application to avril@signaturevents.co.uk before February 29.
