Homes & Property is the brand-leading publication, and this is the biggest property event in the homebuilders’ calendar. As a judge, you will join property, housing, design and architecture experts in choosing the best developments and developers in London and the South-East — and you will be invited to attend the glittering awards ceremony at The Dorchester hotel in May.

You don’t have to be professionally qualified — just have a keen interest in house-building, architecture and design. The awards cover everything from starter homes to big developments.

Your vote will be crucial

Qualified experts shortlist entries for each of 10 categories — but it is you, as one of our crucial reader judges, who will make the final decisions, including picking out the coveted award for Evening Standard Home of the Year.
Nobody connected to a house-builder in this year’s awards, or previous judges, are eligible.

Please write, in no more than 150 words, explaining why you would like to be one of our panel of judges.

Send an email to avril@gmhcommunications.co.uk, a fax on 01494 730955 or a letter to: Evening Standard New Homes Awards, PO Box 131, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire HP9 2FA, for the attention of Avril Blanchot.
