Hot homes: price reductions

By Kristy Gray
The high street isn't the only place for shoppers to snap up a bargain in the January sales. Homebuyers can make tight budgets stretch further by doing their homework and focusing their property search on London homes with recent price reductions.

Lawrence Hall of Zoopla.co.uk said: “Our research shows that there are fewer properties for sale with a reduced price in the capital signalling that Londoners are feeling more confident about the state of the property market compared to three months ago. Despite this, there are certainly some good deals to be had for buyers willing to do their research and identify properties where the seller has reduced the asking price at least once.”
