Hot homes: fabulous kitchens

By Kristy Gray
The kitchen is the deal breaker for home buyers. The size, layout, light and the design of this pivotal room are crucial. While a kitchen renovation may give a buyer the room they want it can be expensive and disruptive, so many prefer to find a home with a dream kitchen already installed.

We take a property tour and find a mix of modern, hi-tech kitchens packed with the latest gadgets and appliances, bistro-style breakfast bars, country-style kitchen/diners and side-return extensions that have completely opened up this much-loved part of our homes.
