Hot homes by the sea: east Sussex

By Kristy Gray
No wonder East Sussex is such a favourite with home hunters. It offers glorious coastal living close enough for London commuters to make a quick weekend escape or be lured into living the country life. Growing London families can find more room for their money, close to fast train services but with the seaside on their doorstep.

We take a property tour and discover sea-view flats amid the buzz of Brighton, spacious beachfront family homes in Saltdean, Bexhill and fast-regenerating Eastbourne, and bungalows within easy reach of the spectacular clifftop walks near Peacehaven.
