Sandra Bullock has put her Texas bungalow on the market for £1.6 million. This is the property where she hid following her split from unfaithful husband Jesse James in 2010, so the sale marks a fresh start for the Hollywood star.

The Oscar-winner plans to call Los Angeles her permanent home as her adopted son, Louis, goes to primary school there.

When the A-lister isn’t filming her new movie, Gravity, alongside the gorgeous George Clooney, she’s renovating a £10 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Deportation to Australia? It’s a nice offer when you can get it

Black Caviar is set to be the star of this year’s Royal Ascot. The Australian racehorse is favourite to land the Diamond Jubilee Stakes on Saturday. Her owner, businessman Neil Werrett, is the landlord of a three bedroom penthouse property, just south of Fitzroy Square in central London.

Hudsons Property arranged for the current tenants to move out for a month so that the wealthy entrepreneur could base himself in the Georgian building during his stay in the capital.

They were offered his five bedroom mansion in Sydney as a swap, but declined in favour of taking some time to travel.

Meanwhile, Black Caviar has taken up her residence in Newmarket as a guest at the Abington House Stables owned by Sheikh Mohammad Bin Khalifa Al Maktoum.

Nick the Greek’s moving lock, stock… to find room for the dogs

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels actor Stephen Marcus is selling his period home on the New Kings Road. The Londoner, who played Nick the Greek, has put the three-bedroom duplex in Fulham on the market for £599,950.

“My partner and I bought the flat in 2006 and we’ve been really happy here. A highlight has been eating out on the roof terrace in the summer. And its a stone’s throw from the local parks, Putney High Street is just across the bridge and it is a short tube journey away from the West End.”

“We are keen to stay in the capital but we have just got two dogs and we are looking for a bigger house on the river with a garden,” he adds.
