Home near substation sparks health concerns

We have found the perfect home - almost. It has an electrical substation in a fenced-off area just behind the house. Should we have any health concerns about being so close to a substation?

How much of my house will my ex-partner get?

I split from my partner five years ago and she is living in our house with our children. I haven't sold the property as they need somewhere to live and I thought my investment was safe. Does the recent Kernott v Jones judgement change things?

Is this cash back incentive too good to be true?

We are buying a new-build house and the developer says that though we are paying £575,000 for it, he will give us £25,000 cash back. It all sounds great but are there any concerns we should have?
