You be the judge at our New Homes Awards

Be one of 20 readers' judges in the London Evening Standard New Homes Awards
New Homes Awards reader judges
You don't have to be a professional to be a readers' judge, just have an interest in architecture and design
We are looking for 20 people with a passion for property who are also avid readers of Homes & Property to join the judging panel of the 2010 London Evening Standard New Homes Awards.

You will join industry experts in highlighting the best developments in London and the South-East and will have the opportunity to attend the glittering awards ceremony at The Dorchester hotel in May.  A short-list will be prepared by the team of professionals, who will have visited the sites, but the reader judges will make the final decisions and choose the winners.

Enthusiasm is the key

You don’t have to have professional qualifications, just an enthusiastic outlook on architecture, interior design and, most importantly, be able to recognise the good and bad points of housebuilding.

The awards cover all sectors, from starter homes to warehouse conversions, and family houses to luxury mansions.  Judging is completely independent and therefore applicants should have no connections to housebuilders or have been on the panel before.

If you would like to take part, tell us - in no more than 150 words - why you should be on the panel, detailing all relevant knowledge or experience. You would also have to be free on 3 March 2010 for the selection evening, and on 8 April for the final judging day.

Please email your information to avril@signaturevents.co.uk, or telephone 01753 880390 for more information.
