One of the perks of reaching the final stages of The X Factor is living in a luxurious house. The latest contestants, including winner Sam Bailey, pictured, whose single Skyscraper topped the charts, called a Winchmore Hill mansion home for two months.
However, the talent show’s tenancy on the gated north London property, below, has ended and it is back on the rental market.
£20,000 a month: Winchmore Hill mansion has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The detached house with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool and sauna, is offered furnished or unfurnished at £20,000 a month with Hamptons.
