The Big Bang Theory's Sheldon buys Robert Pattinson's Hollywood home

Golden globe-winning actor and star of The Big Bang Theory, Jim Parsons, has just bought Twilight heart-throb, Robert Pattinson's Hollywood home for £5 million.
Life just keeps getting better for Golden Globe-winning actor Jim Parsons, best known for playing super-geek Sheldon in The Big Bang Theory. Proving that these days it’s the nerdy types who have all the fun, he has just bought the Los Angeles trophy home of Hollywood heart-throb Robert Pattinson, London-born star of the Twilight vampire franchise.

The impressive 1922 house, split across two floors, has three bedrooms, a cosy library and fantastic views of the city. However, the prestigious home holds sad memories for the hunk from Barnes. It is where his romance with Twilight co-star Kristen Stewart went awry.

Oh, well. Parsons was happy enough to take the stunning  property off his hands for £5 million — Pattinson had reportedly dropped the price.
