Simon Cowell and new family to set up base in Miami?

A $25 million property with all the mod-cons could make a perfect family home in Key Biscayne.
Following the birth of baby Eric, Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman headed to Miami. Making the most of the beach and the boulevards, Eric had his first taste of the spotlight.
Miami is one of Cowell’s favourite destinations for escapism and he has just put his home in LA on the market. So it would be a good time to buy a private base in the Sunshine State, where the family can spend some quality time together.
A property for sale with Sothebys at the upmarket village of Key Biscayne, worth $25 million, has everything he could wish for including seven bedrooms, a perfect suite for a little one, a study for Simon to sign up his latest protégé, an expansive dressing room for Silverman to hang her designer dresses and a private beach.

There is also an infinity pool for Eric to learn to swim in style and a dock for daddy to store his beloved jet-skis. A private cabana with views of Downtown Miami would be ideal for entertaining the great and good of the entertainment industry.
Cowell, who is making a return to the UK X Factor, could also use the residence as a Judge’s House when putting contestants through their paces.
