Saint-Tropez villa used as 'judges house' by Louis Walsh on The X Factor is for sale

The Saint-Tropez property that pop impresario Louis Walsh used as his 'judges house' on The X Factor 2013 is for sale.

A 10-bedroom luxury villa at Rayol-Canadel-Sur-Merwhere X Factor judge Louis Walsh picked Nicholas McDonald, Luke Friend and Sam Callahan in his 'Boys' category for the live shows, is listed for sale for about £7.2 million (EUR8.48 million).

This traditional French villa has been entirely restored and refurbished with soft neutral fabrics and antique-style furnishings. It comes with a guest house, an apartment for staff and a large heated pool, plus a pool house in the grounds.

Set across from the Golden Islands, Levant, Porquerolles and Port Cros, the house is just 25 kilometers from Saint-Tropez. And the panoramic sea views are a big selling point.
