When Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood split from second wife Jo in 2009 after 24 years of marriage he fled to a fortress.

The rocker lived in Ruxley Tower with then-girlfriend Ekaterina Ivanova for two years, but last December Wood, 66, married theatre producer Sally Humphreys, 34, pictured with him, right.

Grade II-listed Ruxley Tower, on an estate where Henry VIII had a hunting lodge, is in Claygate, Surrey, in prime commuter belt territory. The seventh floor offers the jewel in the crown — a roof terrace with 360-degree views of central London, the Wembley Arch and Sandown Park Racecourse. The three-bedroom home will be auctioned on October 22 with a guide price of £850,000. Of course, you can't always get what you want...
